"my experience has been as it should be. Professional and responsive to any and all questions. Purchased the Last New DL1000 V-Strom - there were some 'stalling at slow down' issues while driving my new bike home (70 miles) I did research and found Suzuki Manufacturing admitted to the problem and some "fixes" were already in place. Armed with knowledge I called Burgers - they were fast and sincere to apologize and offered to re-sync the carbs or as I am an xMotorcycle Mech. I could turn the idle up to 1200. Sure enough the higher idle and additional break-in did it. A follow up eMail from Burgers just to make sure all was well with me was the proof of a "real" shop that cares. Pricing and my Trade-in were all very fare and my brand new 2009 DL1000 is awesome. I'm so convinced of their integrity I'm driving the 70 miles back to let them do my 600 mile check-up (my local dealership is less then a mile)which is a great deal: oil, filter, sync the carbes, check and top off all fluids, check all bolts for tightness and chain for slack, tire pressure and a wipe down all while I wait - amazing! When I'm ready (or my son) we'll be back.

"The service is great here. Before I bought my first bike here, I remembered hearing about how bad the service of motorcycle dealerships can be. However, this place surpassed my expectations. They answered all the beginner questions I threw at them even 15 minutes after they closed. Every answer was really helpful. Also, being from Pennsylvania, I was surprised at how familiar they were with PA motorcycle laws. They knew everything from each step for getting the bike registered to how the MSF courses work. I definitely recommend this place!"

"Burger's is by far the very best dealership I have ever, ever been in.
I stopped in to Burger's 8 years ago to shop for a bike and have been coming back ever since. I have a 70 mile round trip to go to Burgers. There are 2 other Honda dealerships much closer to my home, but I only trust Burgers to take care of my bike. Repair work/maintenance service is done right the first time and finished when promised. The parts department can order anything you need and call you when the part is in.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest !!
And the dealership has more bikes per square foot then any I have ever visited.
You are always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile.
And the coffee is good too !!
Go to Burgers and give them a try, you will be extremely glad you did. Not only on the day you make the big purchase but very long afterward. I give them 5 stars !!
